Introspection

Close your eyes and recall the events of yesterday based on each hour.

For example — What were you doing at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm and so on .

Surprisingly you won’t know the answer to all of the hourly questions. These hours have lapsed from your life.

Realization

Everything we do in our life has an expiry date in our memory. Do you remember anything from your childhood? This event has a long duration of impact.

What if the things you have forgotten never happened? Will there be any change in your life?

Are you sure the things you forgot really happened?

Can we just measure life in the things we remember?

Call to Action

Your life is measured in the moments you truly cherish, the moments you remember for long time.

So do the things that impact you deeply.

Try out a new hobby — You will remember it no matter you succeed or fail

Take a calculated risk — It will change your life

Hustle — You always remember the phase of your life where you worked really hard

Conclusion

Do you remember the time you spent you casually browsing social media? Do you remember anything from the times of your intoxication?

Bottom-line, if it is not creating memories, it is not adding years to your life. Not everything will create memories and it’s Ok. Just try to create more memories than you currently are.

He said: “One day you’ll leave this world behind
So live a life you will remember”
My father told me when I was just a child
“These are the nights that never die”
