Have you ever spent more time worrying than on doing? Are you constantly worrying about the future? Read ahead for the algorithm to end the sufferings once and for all.

The Algorithm

Case 1: If you have no problem in life

If you have no problem in life then why worry. Just be grateful and enjoy life

Case 2: Have a solvable problem

If you can solve the problem then invest resources and time in solving the problem, instead of worrying about it. Worrying is an emotion that makes you passive and stops your brain from thinking about the solution and keeps recalling the problem.

Case 3: Have an unsolvable problem

If the problem at hand can’t be solved by you or through your resources, then worrying won’t help you either. If you can’t solve it, simply forget it and move on. Life need not be perfect it only needs to be satisfactory.

Conclusion

I use this algorithm for all my problems no matter how big or small they are. The W in worrying stands for waste of time. The only thing we always have in limited quantity is time. So, Let’s not waste time anymore and get on solving the problems or forgetting the problems.
